  5. Weekly live coaching with Rachael: Covers postpartum recovery, pelvic floor, diastasis recti, hormone balance, safe progression, and open Q and A
  6. Postpartum focused nutrition guidance: Simple, realistic, high protein meals with easy crockpot and freezer friendly options that support recovery and breastfeeding
