Our group classes at Game of Fitness are designed to do more than just make you sweat — they’re here to help you build strength, improve performance, and prevent injury through smart, intentional programming.
We follow a structured weekly format built in-house by our expert team:
🗓 Monday / Wednesday / Friday – Strength Days
Focus on compound barbell lifts like squats, deadlifts, presses, and pulls, paired with accessory work to build stability, balance, and core strength.
🗓 Tuesday / Thursday – Conditioning Days
Think heart-pumping circuits, interval training, and functional movements that boost endurance, stamina, and overall athleticism.
